Our story
PANTHEON was founded to close a gap: professional, realistic tactical training delivered by people with genuine operational experience, available to both organizations and committed individuals.
What began as instruction between operators has grown into a structured training organization with a defined methodology, a course catalogue and international reach.
Greek-Ukrainian identity
PANTHEON brings together Greek and Ukrainian experience. That combination gives us both a European operating perspective and direct, current battlefield knowledge.
Our instructors are experienced military professionals. Every one of them has instructional experience as well as operational service — teaching is a discipline in itself, and we treat it as one.

To deliver tactical training that measurably improves the capability and survivability of the people who take it — and to make that training available to organizations and individuals who need it.
